We manufacture a complete line of shapes and sizes from 1 x 4 x 16 solid to 16 x 8 x 16 hollow.

     Smartwall is a masonry wall built from Haydite Block that is manufactured from lightweight concrete under ninety pounds per cubic foot. These units outperform any-other masonry or non-masonry wall system in terms of weight, R-values, appearance, fire resistance and durability.

     Smartwall is also mason friendly in that the masonry units are light and easy to use. This makes a system that is cost effective and shortens construction time. It also has the benefit of flexibility and free expression of design.

     Most blocks are available in both Haydite and Slaglite.

All masonry units are manufactured to conform to ASTM Standards C-90 Type II for hollow load bearing units and C-145 for solid load bearing units.

The raw materials used in the manufacture of lightweight masonry units conform to ASTM C-331.

It should also be noted that the concrete bricks produced are state approved and meet ASTM C-55 type S for moderate strength brick and ASTM C-55 type N for high strength brick where moisture penetration is to be minimal.

All fire rated masonry units, based on the equivalent thickness procedure, are produced from lightweight haydite or slag aggregates and will conform to NCMA, BOCA or Underwriter requirements depending upon specification
